"Dingo," who found his nickname on a pair of boots and kept it, made the most delicious BBQ pork ribs and beans for the event. Apparently, if the meat falls from the bone in BBQ competitions held here, it's too tender! You want to have the bone to hold onto whilst you enjoy the flavours and the various secret rubbing ingredients infused during the slooow cooking process.
